Common Questions Before We Talk

Is the strategy call really free, with no sales pitch?
Yes, genuinely. The 30-minute call is run by a Claude Certified Architect, not a sales person. We will ask you diagnostic questions about your deployment goals, your technical environment, and the obstacles in your way. If we think we're a good fit, we'll tell you so. If we think you don't need us — or that there's a better path — we'll say that too. We've built this firm on referrals, and that means being honest even when it costs us a deal.
We're still in POC phase. Is it too early to talk to you?
No — this is actually the ideal time. The decisions you make during POC (architecture, data handling, governance design) determine whether you can scale the deployment. Getting our input during POC rather than after you've built something that can't pass security review saves you months. Many of our best engagements started with a client who said "we have a POC working, now what?" We answer exactly that question. See our Claude strategy service for what that engagement looks like.
What size organisations do you typically work with?
We work with enterprises from around 200 employees up to Fortune 500 scale. The common thread isn't size — it's that you're serious about deploying Claude properly rather than running an indefinite pilot. We've worked in financial services, legal, healthcare, and manufacturing. We're used to environments with strict security requirements, complex IT governance, and procurement processes that take longer than the actual deployment.
How quickly can you start an engagement?
For new clients, we typically start within 2–3 weeks of signing — which allows time for NDA, SOW, and basic onboarding. For urgent situations (security review deadline, board mandate, product launch), we have a fast-track process. Mention your timeline in the contact form and we'll be upfront about whether we can accommodate it. We don't over-promise on capacity and we don't start engagements we can't staff properly.
Do you work with Anthropic directly? What does Partner Network membership mean for us?
As a Claude Partner Network member, we have a direct relationship with Anthropic's technical and commercial teams. Practically, this means we're often the first to know about new features, we can escalate technical issues faster than non-partner firms, and we have access to resources that help us architect better solutions. It also means Anthropic has vetted our delivery quality — Partner Network membership isn't handed out automatically.
