Before we design anything, we interview programme sponsors, review your Claude product setup, and understand the specific workflows you want training to address. This takes 1–2 weeks and produces a written training scope.

Programme Customisation

We take our standard programme frameworks and contextualise them for your organisation. Lab exercises use representative examples from your industry. Delivery — In-Person or Virtual

We deliver in-person or via Zoom/Teams with virtual hands-on labs. In-person is strongly recommended for foundation programmes — real-time Q&A and peer learning significantly improve outcomes. We'll train cohorts of up to 20 concurrently; larger rollouts run multiple cohorts over a structured schedule.

Can't our teams just use Anthropic Academy instead of paying for training?
Anthropic Academy offers 13 excellent free courses on Skilljar — we recommend them and use them as pre-work for some of our programmes. But free courses are generic, self-paced, and don't address your specific tools, workflows, governance requirements, or the particular Claude products your organisation has deployed. Our training is contextualised, facilitated, and drives measurably higher adoption. The organisations spending money on training are the ones with the highest Claude ROI. How large a group can you train at once?
Foundation knowledge worker programmes accommodate up to 20 delegates per cohort. Developer bootcamps and technical workshops are capped at 10–12 for lab quality. For large-scale rollouts — 100, 500, 1,000+ employees — we design a multi-cohort delivery schedule with train-the-trainer options so your internal L&D team can deliver ongoing cohorts independently after an initial licensing and facilitation period.
Do you deliver training in-person or virtually?
Both. In-person delivery is strongly recommended for foundation and advanced Cowork programmes — the peer interaction and real-time facilitation produce better outcomes. Developer bootcamps work well in both formats. Virtual delivery is available for all programmes via Zoom or Teams with interactive lab environments. For globally distributed organisations, we structure virtual cohorts by time zone.
