While the big four are training 30,000 staff on Claude with slide decks, we're the architects who built the architecture they're presenting. Certified. Specialised. 100% Claude-focused since day one.
Generalist AI consultants know enough to start a project. We know enough to finish it — including the parts that break six weeks after go-live.
Every engagement is focused on one outcome: Claude running in production at your organisation, delivering measurable value. Here's how we get there.
Full-stack deployment from architecture through production rollout. We own the technical delivery, security sign-off, user training, and post-launch support. Most enterprises are live in 60-90 days.
View service →Production-ready API architectures with prompt caching, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, streaming, batching, and multi-model routing. We build systems that scale and cost-optimise as your usage grows.
View service →Deploying Cowork across 500+ knowledge workers isn't just turning it on. We handle plugin architecture, connector setup, Dispatch configuration, user onboarding, and governance policy. Full enterprise rollout.
View service →Claude Code is Anthropic's fastest-growing product. We configure CLAUDE.md files, build custom skills, set up MCP server integrations for your internal tools, and run training programmes for your development teams.
View service →Connect Claude to Salesforce, Jira, SAP, Bloomberg, your databases, and internal APIs via custom MCP servers. Data stays in your environment; Claude gets the context it needs to be genuinely useful.
View service →Multi-agent systems, autonomous workflow automation, and production AI agents built on the Claude Agent SDK. We design, build, and deploy agents that handle real enterprise workflows — not just demos.
View service →From C-suite briefings to technical deep-dives to CCA exam prep, our training programmes build genuine Claude fluency across your organisation — not surface-level awareness that produces no adoption.
View service →AI governance frameworks, model risk documentation, audit logging, access controls, and policy frameworks. Built for organisations where security and compliance aren't optional extras.
View service →We've delivered Claude implementations across the industries that have the most complex requirements — and the highest ROI when Claude works correctly.
Banks, asset managers, insurers, fintechs. Compliance-first architecture that passes model risk review.
View financial services page →Law firms and in-house teams. Privilege-protected architecture. Zero hallucinated citations.
View legal page →Clinical documentation, research support, administrative automation. HIPAA-compliant deployment architectures.

— VP Engineering, Global Insurance Group
"The CCA certification mattered. When our CISO asked technical questions, they answered them — not 'we'll follow up with our technical team.' That confidence is what got the project approved."
— Chief Digital Officer, Mid-Market Bank
80% of enterprise AI projects don't reach production. The ones that do are built by people who've done it before. Book a free 30-minute strategy call with a Claude Certified Architect — no sales pitch, just an honest assessment of your situation.
The Claude Certified Architect (CCA) is a professional credential launched by Anthropic in March 2026. It's a proctored, 60-question, 120-minute examination covering five domains: Claude API and application architecture, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Claude Code, agentic system design, and security and governance. It's comparable in rigour to an AWS Solutions Architect exam — closer to a real architectural certification than a product awareness badge. Our team has passed it. Our CCA prep service can help your team pass it too.
Generalist AI consultants know Claude as one option among many. We know Claude the way a specialist knows their instrument. We know which Anthropic model to use for which task, how to architect prompt caching to cut costs by 90%, when to use extended thinking vs. standard generation, how Cowork's plugin architecture works at the MCP layer, and what the Claude Agent SDK can and can't do reliably in production. That depth is the difference between a POC and a production system.
Yes. Some of our best engagements are with organisations that have strong internal AI/ML teams who want to accelerate Claude adoption with expert architecture input. We work well as a specialist overlay — bringing Claude-specific depth while your team owns the long-term system. We also run training programmes specifically for existing AI teams who want to deepen their Claude expertise.
We use three engagement structures: project-based (fixed scope, fixed price, typically for defined implementation deliverables), retainer (monthly ongoing support, architecture reviews, and model update management), and time-and-materials (for exploratory work or organisations that prefer flexibility). See our pricing page for indicative ranges, or book a call for a custom quote based on your specific scope.
Yes. Production Claude systems require active maintenance — prompt tuning as outputs drift, model migration management when Anthropic releases updates, integration maintenance as your underlying systems change, and governance documentation updates as your use cases evolve. Our retainer service covers all of this. Most clients stay on retainer after their initial implementation because the marginal cost of expert support is much lower than the cost of production incidents.
