Application Process

How We Hire

We run a fast, direct hiring process. No recruiter screening, no endless rounds. Three stages, three weeks maximum from first contact to offer.

Send a Note

Email us with what you do well, what you've built or deployed with Claude, and why you want to work here specifically. Keep it under 400 words. No CV required at this stage.

02

Technical Assessment

A 90-minute practical exercise relevant to the role — an architecture problem for engineers, a training design task for L&D candidates, a governance framework question for compliance roles. We pay for your time at this stage.

03

Final Interview

A 60-minute conversation with the team lead for the role and one other senior team member. No trick questions. We want to understand how you think, how you work with clients, and whether we'll enjoy working together.
